These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website businessesforsale.ae and any related services operated by B F S Commercial Brokers LLC (trading as Businesses For Sale, "we", "us", "our") — a business brokerage licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing the website, listing a business, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Businesses For Sale operates a marketplace where business owners can list businesses for sale and prospective buyers, tenants, or investors can discover and enquire about them. We facilitate introductions and provide brokerage services; we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by listing parties.

2. Listings and Enquiries

When you submit a listing or an enquiry, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You have the legal right to list the business, share the documents, or make the enquiry.
• You will not use the platform to solicit business outside the scope of a brokered transaction with us.

We reserve the right to remove any listing or block any account that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in breach of UAE law.

3. Valuation Tools and Estimates

Any valuation, price guide, or estimate provided through the platform is indicative only. The eventual sale price of a business depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to financial performance, market conditions, and the terms negotiated between buyer and seller. Businesses For Sale does not hold any liability for the price ultimately realised through a transaction.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or block your access to the service, without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any other user.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of listings, or the success of any enquiry.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B F S Commercial Brokers LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or be forever barred.

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve or as required by law. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
